At Prime Health & Performance our focus is to provide evidence-based treatments to help in the prevention or management of an injury or to support optimal health and function. The practice was started with the goal to provide the highest standard of care for our patients, getting results in the shortest possible time in an honest and ethical manner. We offer a variety of different hands-on techniques, as well as specific exercises & rehabilitation tailored for your condition.

We have a particular interest in managing pain and injuries in the athletic population, however many of our techniques and protocols are transferable to suit the needs of our senior citizens, and to help with everyday aches and pains that may be caused from poor posture, and occupation.

In 2019 the practice was opened in Club Bunker Gym, on the boundary between Fortitude Valley and Newstead in Brisbane. We’re proud to have worked with patients from the surrounding suburbs of Teneriffe, New Farm, Spring Hill, Hamilton and the Brisbane CBD.
